Prerequisites

To install and use Black Mirror you will only need Perl 5 (version 5.8.* or later recommended) with the following core packages, which usually are already included in a standard Perl distribution.

File::Spec::Functions
CPAN

Also note that Perl is shipped with Mac OS X and most Linux distributions by default.
